    I lost my mother to cancer, and then lost my housing twice during the pandemic, while also simultaneously dealing with a broken transmission in my car, and spiraled into homelessness. I'm now living in a Toyota Sienna myself.

    I can’t remember how long I’ve been following you but I appreciate your honesty and the fact that you are always looking for that silver lining.
    As a 55 yr old female doing the solo RV thing, more out of necessity now than adventure, I can appreciate and benefit from your stories. ❤
    Keep on keeping on Freya. You’ve got this!

    I have experience with covert narcissistic abuse. Lived it for over 22 years. He caused a life altering situation, and I lost my home, car, boat, independence etc. I lost everything I worked my ass off for. When my life came crashing down the reality of what my life was not, hit me like a tidal wave. The loving me to my face yet lying and trashing me behind my back. I didn't know. I'm still working on healing. I'm 55 now and the promise I've made myself is that I will no longer live for anyone else except myself. I'll be there to help, but I won't be there to prove myself or be used. I used to say, "my childhood upbringing created a narcissists dream girl", that was me. Not anymore. Thanks for sharing your story, you're sure not alone.

    Getting out of an abusive relationship is the best decision you could have made. Hard to do but you saved yourself. You now have a real life, not one serving a heartless automaton. You’ll be fine because you’ve already done the hardest stuff. You are on a healing journey. Life is full of heartbreak. Figuring out how to live a full, open hearted life in the face of heartbreak is really the challenge we all face. I’m a trauma survivor too, as I suspect are many people who come to your channel. Grief from traumatic loss consumed me for years. And yet today I sit here in a completely different space. I did some very specific things to heal and finally found something that worked for me. Good luck to you and all your followers!

    Thank you for exposing yourself to the world. I expect some will benefit from your strength to make some hard changes. This channel will help you not be so alone. I’ll subscribe - cuz I’d love to have a Sienna as well. Can’t wait to see how you lay it out, how you live in it, and how you feed yourself in it. Keep it up. Oh, and some videos of this amazing earth.

    Wow. Thank you for sharing your story. It's way way way too common. But you are finding the strength to get through. You are incredibly courageous so never give up on yourself. This is such an important story to share as it wil help others in a similar horrible situation. I hate hearing anyone going through this and am always amazed at the silent strength that develops.

    Have you heard I’d DSR? It’s a treatment for people with ptsd (actually ptsi, I meaning injury. It’s shot(s) that reset sympathetically nervous system. Trauma can be carried in the body and this treatment resets and heals that element of trauma. It doesn’t necessarily preclude psychotherapy but it’s extremely helpful. A lot of ex Scientologists (and other cult escapees) are finding out about this. 2nd and 3rd gen cult members who were abused are finding the value of DSR shots to support this healing. Book by Jamie Mustard = The Invisible Machine, explains this well. Best of luck on your journey❤

    It will take time to heal and start a brand new life. Domestic Violence and abuse is a real thing. If you enjoy reading, I recommend “Why does he do that? Inside the minds of Angry and Controlling men by Lundy Bancroft and “It’s my life now” by Meg Kennedy Dugan. Two really great books in the field of DV. “Complex PTSD” by Pete Walker and “Healing Developmental Trauma” by Laurence Heller. I wish you the best ❤❤❤

    Great introduction, may I make a suggestion?
    Starting out, maybe only commit to one video per week? Then as you go along you can try adding an additional video. You sound like you have a lot on your plate and two videos per week could become overwhelming. Also, if you’re only able to get one video a week out then you won’t have to go through all that awfulness of having to apologize and say oh I’m going to try…..be kind to yourself is what I’m trying say. You seem like a lovely woman and I’m wishing you the very best ❤

    Nothing against you but nearly every one says their ex was abusive and a narcissist. Both sides share accountability for the failure of the marriage. If anyone says their ex is a “narcissist “ it just means you’re not accepting accountability.

    • @freyaaurorawilding
      @freyaaurorawilding  19 дней назад

      I have to disagree. I've had several boyfriends who were good men and are still friends years later, even though it didn't work out romantically. I was married twice, and both men were abusers. Victims should never be told to "take responsibility" for an abusers action.

    • @BrianWaller-qe7gr
      @BrianWaller-qe7gr 19 дней назад

      @@freyaaurorawilding but the good ones you never married only the bad ones. I find that to be a huge red flag. I’m convinced women don’t want nice guys despite everyone saying they do. Actions speak louder than words.

    If you like writing Romance Novels... I don't think it makes you an imposter, it is not your biography, it is a wonderful idea in your head of how you think something can be.... Anyway, living with less can be freeing and you can explore and hopefully you will find adventure in beautiful sunsets, walks on the beach, Keep your mind in a positive place and enjoy the journey ( there are other females who choose to live in their car and explore )... If you were in a bad situation and you stepped out, Then I am happy for you... Please seek the Lord Jesus, and you will never be alone on your Journey.... His followers in the bible didn't even have a safe car to sleep in at night like you do, and a wonderful soft pillow ❤ to lay their heads on, Focus on the good in your situation ❤

    Life is one giant shit sandwich, sprinkled with false glimpses of hope. We are all locked into these decaying meat suits connected to a trillion pain receptors. Life is Pain, Disappointment and Betrayal. Once you realize this.....every day is gravy. I too come from years of abuse ----you carry it for life. Bullies bully because they can. The Self hatred comes from knowing that you got PUNKED and gaslit by a stupid cowardly man. Once awakened....they are so very tiny. Which makes your self subjugation that more insulting to yourself.
    Was never much for Christianity. Never made sense. I started embracing and practicing Stoicism. It is an ancient philosophy of the Greeks and Romans. Practicing it consist of envisioning the worst case scenarios every day ----And asking yourself ---how will I react. If this happens to me, how will I survive. What can I do in a worst case scenario to get through it. After years of practice you become bulletproof, unflappable, unshakeable. And when bad things do happen, you save a lot of money on hippy dippy Therapist. I will never turn my mind over to some damn shrink pushing Big Pharma Anti-Depressives. Train your mind to interpret your environment pragmatically. At the end of the day people are just hairless monkeys fighting over bananas. Don't spend your whole waking hours thinking about them. They will not return the favor.
