I think I’m gonna stick with In Too Deep by 5 Sens for my sandalwood cozy vanilla. I was curious tho about Afternoon delight but it doesn’t seem worth it based on what you and others are saying.
Oh the BRAIDS girlie! You look gorgeoussssss! I loved all three but ended up decluttering my travel size Burberry goddess intense. Glad I didn’t get a big one. The other two are full size. Love them! I even have a backup of Afternoon Delight. That one is a lifer for me!
I gotta give afternoon delight another chance!!!! But I’m with you on goddess intense I’m so mad at it!!!! The dry down is much better but I’ll stick with the OG!
I like Burberry goddess intense on me it smells a bit similar to the og just more intense I get a nice smell I layered mine together with the og & it’s even prettier I don’t know what it is about my body chemistry that I get very similar to the og but stronger I’m letting is sit so I can wear it during fall or winter because I do think it will smell nicer during fall & winter ❄️
With afternoon delight…..$40 after tax for a travel size is ridiculous for it to be this bad 🥴 I’m returning mine. It smells tooooooo much like vanilla extract. The dry down is warm and cozy to me but there’s nothing special about. Now with the Gucci flora orchid, I was shocked at how much I enjoyed it but not enough to pay that full bottle price. I’m trying to be extremely mindful about my purchases because I have more than enough fragrances and have no desire to have a collection larger than what I can realistically use. Also, DUA is KILLING it!!!! So to see these other fragrance houses charging hundreds of dollars for mostly mediocrity is unacceptable at this point🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

I liked the Gucci one enough that I bought a small bottle. Didn’t like goddess. Haven’t smelled the third one.
New Gucci orchid is quite nice, but longevity is poor. It smells similar to other perfumes.
