I need an opinion from my fellow NF fans. I was watching this video and think I noticed something. At 10:20 of this video, NF walks up and taps the girl on the ground on her back. Is that the same girl from "Wake Up?"
I've watched "Leave Me Alone" 100 times and never noticed I before?

I wouldn't be surprised. I think he likes to connect everything. I feel like this whole video is referencing everything he has sung about previously. Like this whole village is different parts of his life.

The last second of this video doesn't get talked about enough, how Nates hand was shaking while attempting to give away a couple of his burdens. Just shows how hard it must have been to get rid of past burdens.

@@TrevandErin I was going to mention the same thing. I noticed it the second time I ever watched this video. He is so great at putting in little details like that. That is why when I started watching his videos I really paid attention to everything. Then I started watching reactors and was able to help them out with questions they had.
This video was shot at a old theme park in New Orkeans. Me and my wife were lucky enough to be in the video. I was actually the one pushing him in the buggy.

@TrevReacts That's the more special thing about NF and his music to me and my family. We have 4 kids and they all love him too. He is THE family favorite! It's something special that we have in common together.
@TrevReacts I even was lucky to win a sweepstakes that Tommee Profitt held and won. Me and my wife got to spend 4 days in Nashville and go to Tommee's house where his studio is and hang out for a few hours. He his an AWSOME person. He's soooo good, but yet sooo laid back and humble.

I can't wait either! Should be there soon. I believe leave me alone is track #2 on the search album and options is #16. I done a quick Google search 😂 I suppose what I should've said to be more clear was that this is the first time out of the songs I've listened to on my journey he called her wife. Last time he mentioned his girl he said him and his girl was gonna ship out merch or something along those lines 😂 I can't even remember which song it was

The extended Rhyme schemes with all the words connecting and forming a coherent thought process is simply phenomenal and rare.
My favorite part about NF. Complex rhyme scheme, but the message never gets lost in the complexity.

He's so highly purposeful and detail oriented that it causes all of us to consume his art with sharper taste and appreciation.
I love when a rapper can pull that off.
I LOVE NF and how he tackles mental health.. I teach AP Psychology and I quote him when explaining OCD : "Diagnosed with OCD what does that mean, well gather 'round. That means I obsessively obsess on things I think about....that means I may take a normal thought and think it's so profound......" -------------- till he says: "...... it's so draining.. let's move on to something else...... "
also , Paralyzed describes the emotional state of someone going through depression. AND.. I didn't think about it until an autistic boy recommended a song by NF and when I listened to it through his ears, I found that the first few lines of that song ( ONLY) describe the feelings an autistic person might go through .. it's heart breaking, but inspiring at the same time.. He is an absolute emotional genius.. not to mention an epic lyricist, singer, rapper .. musician...etc.

This album is INSANE so far
NF sent fame his new song "Leave Me Alone" . Fame said the song sucked because its not "mainstream". NF continues with descriptions of his talent despite Fames opinion. Clearly NF struggles with self doubt while recognizing he is gifted. This song is a juxtaposition contrasting his doubts with flexing of his talent.

3:36 He’s mentioned his wife tons of time on other tracks but those ones I guess weren’t a part of the journey. You’re Special is a song on Perception album entirely dedicated to her then there’s “Got You on My Mind” from Therapy Session also dedicated to her. Plus other tidbits throughout other non-journey songs.

To be fair, there are no non-journey songs. Just songs Nate put out that fans chose not add to their list. I know there are a couple songs from his early days that even Nate has said straight up he doesn't like, so I try not to listen to those too much, but 99% of his music is the journey in my opinion. Never understood how people don't see it like that.
@@7thkevin Understandable. From a core fan perspective, we can appreciate NF's catalogue as a whole. The idea of the journey was simply instigated for social media reaction purposes. it is clear that there are events in NF's life that is misunderstood and causes intrigue for new listeners. Most reactors that start reacting to NF start listening to the most recent tracks and they are not fully aware of the past history and things spoken about or mentioned in those songs or even symbolic things that will understand better by listening to these certain interconnected songs. in my extensive binge of NF reactions I can guarantee you not every reactor is going to listen to every song from every album to react to. And this journey makes reacting, reliability even more fun to go on. They journey has given a deeper understanding and appreciation of NF to a lot of reactors. Yes, there are in no true sense no non-journey. Its just a playlist that makes sense. Its what humans do, we categorize things to better understand them.
Fame called and asked him how he was. So Nate being himself he sent Fame the new song he made. Which was this song.
The song happens to be Leave Me Alone.
Nate text Fame later to ask him what he thought about the new song and Fame didn't respond for a few days. But when he did respond all Fame said was "the song sucks". Basically just being a hater when he knows good and well the song is fire lol

Nate is still Searching, pushing his mental shopping cart prison around with his burdens attached, closely dragging behind. The people in white likely represent his fans in various stages of mental health themselves. Some still hide behind their fake "Joker" smiles, pretending their lives are fine with the appearances they present to the world and social media. Others, have been inspired by Nate, and are going to get professional help and are beginning to come to terms with their own flaws and burdens (wiping off their smiles in line). Some have let go of most of their burdens, and some fans still carry around a few burdens, but not as much as Nate; which is his "Perception."
Furthermore, Nate references that "he'll drop a song out of nowhere and all the fans embrace it" (as all the seated fans are eagerly listening, waiting for new music and point, in unison, at his burdens). The following scene shows the symbiosis of Nate's fans helping him by literally being behind him and helping him into mental recovery (pushing him in his shopping cart) while simultaneously following him and being inspired to get help themselves. I think the tent with black clothes being exchanged for white represents people discovering NF and that they aren't alone. They don't have to wear black and be plagued by their burdens forever. Being a part of this community of NF fans that are real and raw is helping them and inspiring them to come into the light (white clothes symbolizing purity). They come out with no fake smiles, but don't necessarily smile for real still, because they are no longer faking that everything is ok. They have become "Real", embracing "Real Music" and "Real life" on the road to healing.
The older man sitting in the cart, is old NF that we have seen in a few other videos, assuming he never lets go of all his burdens and grows old with them. Fame is again, referenced. The phone rings at the beginning (Fame is calling) and it ends with the phone still ringing; fame calling again. TBD on if Nate gives away a few of his burdens to the man behind the veil wearing white. I take that as GOD.
That's true. NFs music is definitely awesome, but his fanbase is equally awesome. Everyone is so welcoming and nice.
I believe Nate married his personal trainer
and nutritionist so... his wife may get a lot
of credit for getting NF in top shape ;)

Ok so there is symbolism in the videos ima try and help. I think you watched the search to the end where the guy in white suit gave him a white suit. I always thought the white clothes were representing hope, this was confirmed for me when someone who was on the set of the search explained it on Reddit that yes it was representing hope, purity, Godliness in a way. Now notice the white clothes are in his cart in this video, which he’s dragging around with his burdens. The cart, the balloons his black clothes, and the drawn on fake smile all negative things. The people in the search in white still have some balloons meaning they have made a change they are in white starting to get help. It could be mental help or spiritual help. In this video we see people dropping their black clothes and putting on white then standing in line to get the fake smiles removed and holding less balloons some no balloons at all. I take the last scene as him handing over some of his balloons to just a hand I think that represents God. Letting go of these feelings of doubt, fear etc and handing it to God. I’m hoping we see him in white on new album and a change since he’s been looking for the map to hope and his life has to be getting a bit better mentally he has a family now. However with mental health that doesn’t necessarily mean he has so we will see! Also because he does keep quiet it is his formula, it is very exciting when he posts go check out his wife on IG SHE IS bridgefit she posts sooo much and he hates pictures so we don’t see him much but it is still fun to look through her page she showed us when she took pregnancy test, gave us a tour of their house, and we get to see their BEAUTIFUL baby boy Beckham a lot! He’s soooooo cute! As a huge fan of NF AND TØP it’s interesting how different they are with fans. TØP is very involved with fans and there is just sooo many funny videos out there of Tyler and Josh plus they have the whole lore that their fans have to figure out so they are dropping clues all the time. NF stays quiet until he is about to drop music and we lose our minds! 😂😂😂😂😂

Did u react to my life on perception? It's about his sister and how she is dealing with their moms death. He got married before the search was released. Had a kid by clouds the mixtape. It was fame calling like in "no name". Remember in the song the search he mentions he got a taste of fame threw it back up.

The search album is very good. He has so much depth on this album with different types of songs. He has some tracks where songs a bit more singing as well as his lyrics are still meaningful. He just has continued to evolve n gets better everytime. One of the best albums I have ever heard. Not too many artists can do a album n have zero skips.
So far it's insane. Every song has become my favorite 😂

First off, Fame is not a real person. Yet, NF says he calls him back, text him, and gets a response. And then he says Fame took a couple of days to get back to him. Yes, it is ironic that he sends Fame a song called Leave Me Alone. And how did he send Fame this song and include the third verse anyways? NF is on another level for sure. Many think Nate is giving two of his burdens to God. Yes, Nikki list is perfect.

IMO you guessed it, Fame called in No Name and NF said he will call him back when he drops album 4. Well he called Fame back and sent a song called Leave me Alone so yeah he didn't like it. Now about the video, the people in white were in line to get their smiles removed in the first booth. The 2nd booth people got out of their black clothes and changed to white clothes. The representation really isnt shown or said, only assumed.

You may already know this but in case you don’t, here goes. On The Search there is ‘Interlude’ which is only 49 seconds, but it is Nate talking about what happened when he reached his pinnacle of success. A lot of people seem to skip over Interlude but in my humble opinion it should be played at the same time you play Hate Myself. Interlude helps in understanding Hate Myself. Congratulations on your growing numbers and especially reading all the comments. Goodness gracious, how do you keep up? 😳😊

Man I can't wait for the next album. I discovered NF between Perception and The Search and I'm always scared every time he drops a a new project that I'm going to be disappointed and that it will not be as good as it used to be, but so far so good! Hopefully it will be the same for the next one haha

@@TrevandErin Yeah, I've been disappointed before with different artists that I thought could not miss, so I'm still always a bit skeptical and try not to get my hopes up too high, but you're right, it will most likely be fire!
This video is on whole another level when it comes to visual storytelling. That is why I suggested on the other video to go check that other reactor because honestly, I have not seen anyone open that visual side from this as he did. But that might be because he is photographer so he has eye for things and he knows how some things are done. That is part why I love to watch his videos. Like you said in other video different people brings different point of view in their reactions. And I love to see people taking this journey partly because of that but also because it is really interesting to see how people are relating his journey because it is so deep. But also why I hate to watch any NF reactions from those who doesn't want to take the journey because there is so much that you don't understand well if you don't know what came before what ever you are watching from out of order. So it is always really nice to come across with reactor who takes the advice with the journey list.
Also I so would like to see you watching the Ernest reaction video to this one because it would be interesting to see how much you would go asking from yourself that why I didn't catch that by myself, because that was the question that I was asking from myself quite often with watching it lol. There is things that you see but you don't stop to think about them till someone points them out. I'm sure the comment section has pointed some of those already out for you but still...check the video. 🙃

My thoughts on the symbolism in the video. The fans in black and white are Nate's fans that his music has drawn in. An army of outcast who are going through the same things he is. Black is a symbol of depression and they are finding hope and help through his music going from darkness to light (black to white). The lady in the booth is wiping off the fake smiles showing them that it is OK to be themselves. They don't need a fake smile. And at the end they are all (including Nate) giving up some of the burdens that they hold on to.
Again this is my impression. Not confirmed by any source.

I think visually they are showing individuals and where they are in their therapy. The line of people at the smile tent are having their fake smiles removed. They are learning that they dont have to act fake and pretend to be happy. The people with heavy depression are wearing all black. Then the helpers (therapist) are helping patients change from all black depression outfits and into the white patient outfits. You see nf in front of the group of patients and they point out to him that hes still dragging his burdens around. I think this is a visualization of group therapy. I could be totally wrong

I always get a chance and a good perspective to explain this 1. The whole process of him finding himself in The Search. God is calling him and he is giving God his burdens at the end. Hand reaching thru the veil. And a step by step direction thru him finding a way to give God his burdens. A path thru the world he lives in that gets him there. The search album has 20 but the last one is a radio edit, so your missing some songs, and when most journey lists end with paid my dues cause at the time that was the most recent of his songs, but once you get to clouds you can see with the clouds song it’s part of the journey also, which means the journey just doesn’t end NF has it still going, we just have to wait for him to release more songs, also you keep saying you wish he would release a mixtape of him singing, that won’t happen, he has stated in a interview that he doesn’t like mixtapes, he only put out clouds the mixtape cause he was sitting on some songs he wanted to release but the pandemic happened and if he releases a album he wants to tour it but cause of the pandemic that wasn’t going to happen, so he put out the mixtape to hold everyone over until the next album comes out

Great reaction!! Great song!! I've seen some short clips of NF and on one he opens up his minifridge while on tour and has salads and says he eats really healthy, His wife is on IG and I'm pretty sure she has a lot do do with that, she is very health conscious and even grows her own vegetables ( she is a nutritionist and fitness trainer if I'm not mistaken )
I stumbled upon an IG short of NF taking over her IG which was hilarious, I had wanted to see if she had anything else with Nate since he himself doesn't post on anything, it made me really happy for Nate after everything he has been through to see what type of person his wife seems to be and how involved she is with Nate and their son and trying her best to keep them well and healthy.
