It's nice but 100% not worth it . I was living in a big condo in texas in a nice area 2bedroom 2 bath big 2 car garage 1500 a month . It was like 1350 square feet
But I will say, very few places are like New York. They have anything and everything you can think of. For any type of human. I wouldn't ever live there permanently, but I always hope I can stay there again.
