It’s exhausting, I can’t deal with it anymore. When you get inconsistent behavior from a person you can get stuck in a pattern like this one, a lot of ups and downs, it has activated anxiety and a lot of uncomfortable feelings. As a Leo we tend to put others first cause we care too much, I’m done with that.

13 year relationship, were supposed to get married on 19th June. On the 7th June he started saying i could do better and doesn’t know if we should get married. The wedding didnt go ahead. He’s lied his way through as i, yesterday, found out he’s got feelings for someone else at work. Said this other person doesnt know of his feelings and he hasnt done anything. But looking back since he called the wedding off, he has been on a lot more “work stuff” 🤔 secretive with his phone, away more. Definite signs of an affair. My whole world has been destroyed in a matter of weeks. This Leo is done.

This has been a lifelong relationship we were teenagers when married and enjoyed every day of it. After a while people change, less tolerant and admiration. Sure, I wish for better in some departments and I've seen the worse out there, so I'm grateful for what I do have.

We were both single for 10+ years and knew one another. When we connected we really connected. Complete and total love!! Fast forward 1 1/2 years...we were in an ATV accident in which I almost died. Crushed me with over 20 broken bones and it changed me and my lifestyle. Chronic pain and I'm just now (two years later) getting stronger physically and mentally. But he's just a friend these days. No passion or spark... not only sexually but in general. Now we're just...existing and neither are happy. @@jodieaydemir7868 I educated myself to try to explain aquas strange behavior by reading attachment theory, which only answered some questions, but once I started reading up on narcissistic traits, I started to have epiphanies. Trying to grow a deeper relationship with him was like playing chess with someone on LSD. A lot of confusion, but real accountability or answers are nonexistent. I see now that I must have liked the drama, since I stayed and hoped that things would calm down. Narcissist can’t stand people leaving them, it destroys their fragile ego. The Narcissists who do leave are those who feel that their partner is beneath them, and that a new a new shinier person will provide better value. Aqua broke my Leo spirit and replaced me after 8 years. In December things were great, but by February he turned 50, lost 20 kilos and had exited our relationship to move in with a friend, who is now his new person. I am stunned that such a thing even is possible.
