idk how to explain but the game doesn't really know ur country it just checks your profile or what-not and if u go to ur profile settings u can see the option to change ur country so for example if u select the country Canada even though u dont live in Canada, the game will say u live in Canada cuz the game fully depends on ur country settings to tell(scare) you by telling u which country u live in
