    Your video has about 7 minutes of dead screen/black screen after your review is over. Good review!

      @cheule better than when I uploaded an entire 15-minute video and realized I accidentally deleted all of the audio during editing! 😅

    I’ll tell you some thing that’s so cool about it. That I really am stoked about. Since the head is so big what I do when I go on walks is I just stick the body through one of my belt loops and it doesn’t move at all. So the head just sticks out and when I want to use it, I just grab it and pull and it comes right out. And you would think if you walked around for a while it would like shimmy forward and maybe fall but that’s never happened to me. It seems to just stay exactly where I put it and it might be depending on how big your belt loops are but so far. I’ve tried it on two pairs of pants and it was perfect. And if you want it to be a little bit tighter, you just put it on the side where your belt is doubled up.

      Holy cow, I get this so much. Have to be careful what color you get so each one doesn't draw attention. Then when confronted the standard reply "oh that one I've had for a long time" 🤣

    I have this and the ts11. I use it with olight baton 3/ perun 2 mini batteries for normal daily carry as it simplifies battery logistics.

      Any preference between the IF19 and the TS11?

    • @apcwjw
      @apcwjw 9 месяцев назад +1

      @@poudi8 I carry the if19 more as it is slightly smaller, the beam doesn’t throw as far though. The ts11 is programmed with 13 step levels. The battery tubes between the sofirn and wurkoss are interchangeable. The small thrower lives in my little edc bag with a baton 3, perun 2 mini, sofirn sc21pro & hs10 4000k, they can all use the perun 2 mini batteries. The ts11 is in a pristine condition whereas the sofirn is a bit like bobba fett. I have bought a couple of sofirn if19 as presents as the interface is a bit easier to understand for non flashlight people.

    • @poudi8
      @poudi8 9 месяцев назад

      @@apcwjw Yeah, the interface of the IF19 is probably very similar to my TS22, whereas the TS11 is Anduril, I believe. Only the TS11 has aux light, right?

    • @apcwjw
      @apcwjw 9 месяцев назад

      @@poudi8 yeah I think so. I’m not a big fan of auxiliary lights to be honest .
      I view the if19 as part of extended baton 3 range of lights.
      In the uk during winter we get down to about 6.5 hours of light 😯

      Not sure how they compare as i have the lumintop and it rocks. Think im ordering this puppy. I have its big brother the Sofirn iff22a I believe is the model I have. It smokes my Fenix PD35.

    I’m also wondering how it stacks up with the Olight Javalot mini? I’ve been thinking about getting one of those, but since I already have the Sofirn IF19 if the Sofirn is better than there’s really no point in getting the Olight

    • @cheule
      @cheule  9 месяцев назад +1

      The javelot mini has such a defined perfectly round beam. It’s really in a class of it’s own for that reason.

      @@cheule at this point I pretty much only consider buying lights running Anduril. It's so familiar and capable, it just makes the most sense. But if I were to be buying a light for anyone else to use, I'd actively avoid it.

    A noctigon DM11 is in the same price range and nets you a much more usable 21700 with probaby 5x the capacity. This is neat for the size tho.

    • @idiotsniff
      @idiotsniff Месяц назад

      They stopped selling the 18640 tube because of issues with color match and ppl complaining of thread issues? I got sofirin to sell me one hoping it's ok. Paid 20$ for the if19 and 4$ for the tube. Paid 20$ each for if22's off aliexpress using checking coins and buying with sale and coins saves a load of money

    Curious to know how this compares to the Thrunite Catapult Mini. The form factor looks near identical but the throw seems to be over a 100m more than the Sofirn according to the specs. Similar price too 🤔

    • @cheule
      @cheule  9 месяцев назад +2

      This will have more lumens, and a somewhat broader beam because of the SST40 vs the Osram W1 used in the Catapult mini.

    • @RattlesnakeRCandHobbies
      @RattlesnakeRCandHobbies 7 месяцев назад +1

      @@cheule Exactly, and the catapult mini is a REALLY narrow, almost unusable beam for anything else. I returned my catapult mini just for this reason alone. Sofirn nailed it again!

    • @billbog25
      @billbog25 6 месяцев назад +1

      Catapult mini beam is very focused woth no spill. So for a spot light with a very narrow focused beam the Catapult is good. However the F19 has a nice long throw beam with some spill which is nice. I have both and prefer the F19

      Lol, thought it was funny that the design is so similar. Hey I got a question for you! What do you think would be the best option between seeker 4 and warrior x4? Trying to decide for a 21700 since I sent my old m2r for the recall and now got two 21700 paperweights laying around 🫤 and wanted to get a decent thrower for deliveries at night where I need to flash at houses or apartment building numbers from my car to verify address. Also thinking if this is a sign to get rid of the “proprietary battery” system and go for other options (had in mind the lumintop gta since I have some other AA/14500 lights).
      Hope you help me with this conundrum 😅 thanks!
