I don't think having this kind of opinion is a problem in itself, if Inspired firmly believes Jensen (or more so his gameplay) is one of the main problem of the roster, I think it's important that he share this opinion within the team to make sure they are all on the same page. The true problem is that he shares his unfiltered opinion to the public which is a complete dogshit move towards his teammate, especially when he is glazing a direct concurrent at the same time.

I agree although after watching the series a few times alone, and as VOD reviews of other LoL pros of this series it’s safe to say that they all had an off series the fact that he calls out Jensen specifically over one particular play that he goes over and over and over again just proves that’s the moment he gave up on the game and maybe the series. I don’t particularly like Jensen but to sit there and listen to Inspired just go off about all this during an interview and has no concern how this will affect his team going forward is just selfish. Like you said it should have been done in a private setting with his team and not blasted to the entire community. It makes it seem like he doesn’t care about his team, teammates, coaches or anyone except himself and being the best…big yikes

Well we dont know if he had a conversation with the people from his own team before the interview, most of the time u get the questions they want to ask beforehand so u can prepare answers. (This is how 90% of interviews are made when they arent live)
You'r also coming from an american standpoint, Inspired is from EU (specifikly Poland) and you have no clue how their customs are where he grew up. To be fair in EU its not uncommon to be as Caedrel said rather Direct because we arent some sensitive children like Americans are , we can handle beeing called out when we do mistakes.

You can call them out, be blunt, have differences and disagreement that's being competitive everyone gets that. When you just say my mid is trash compare to others it might be true, publicly saying that is being a bad teammate, they have to play together again right? Jensen must be stoked . If Jensen got released and he'd be saying these things who cares that's his opinion and how he feels but they still have to play together, I think anyways lol.

and when he does put blame on himself, it's always along the lines of "yeah I guess I played badly there by not doing well enough to carry my garbage team". idk. I think its terrible to say it during an interview in front of everyone especially if its behind teammates permissions / without their consent, but this is something you need to be able to admit behind closed doors with ur team during vod review.
You improve by thinking about what went wrong and what could be better. LoL is a team game u cant win if u only think about urself u also need to be thinking about ur teammates and helping them improve too. Don't see the issue, these statements aren't rare amongst teams and they aren't toxic either. Most teams will say things like this during vod reviews they post anyways just a bit weird that its in a public interview with only one person present. The difference in NA and EU team culture (that a lot of EU people dont get imo) is that NA expects coaches to handle the vast majority of flaming/calling people out. They take on the "bad guy" role, and teammates/equals should focus (primarily) on lifting each other up, it's a "brotherhood" kind of vibe. In EU (from what I've seen/heard) the players call each other out more and the coaches focus more on moderating the players discussion. Like going into a normal restaurant and asking for something to be taken off or something is looked down upon. Just choose something you like, if theres nothing there that you like then don't go.
