The KD books are unique amongst the jungle (room) of Elvis books. I love the way the period is covered from the viewpoint of all parties and it really gives you a feel of the era. All you have to do to experience what it was like is to think of the hottest heatwave you’ve ever been in and you’re there in Vegas 70…!

Yeah, they're very good aren't they? Hoping there's more to come 🤞🏻

We live in an age when the gap in quality between Elvis books has never been greater. At one end of the scale, you have superb volumes written by fans who care about their work, such as the ones in your video, and then you have 60-page, IT-generated pap. Never seen any of these beautiful books you showed. Cheers, Sean.

Thanks David, I know exactly what you mean about the proliferation of AI-generated bilge, in fact it makes my blood boil! There may or may not be (there definitely is!) a Halloween special episode in the can on that very topic

Nice to see, thanks for a great presentation! I was unfortunately too late to order the 50th Ann. Edition of that Kieran Davis book when I had the chance in 2022, sold out now, I have the first edition though, and like all his books: highly recommended imo.

I think you are dead right about the MRS releases, if you can't afford the FTD then these are just as good if not better in some cases . I love them and have quite a few ,I don't get all mainly cause at the moment there is just some much out there to get . Also great books, I'm thinking back to the 80's when I use to buy a lot of books just how much they have improved since then .

Hiya Tanya, glad you like the channel, thanks for the support 👍🏻 unfortunately that particular one is sold out now, so it's a case of keeping your eyes peeled on the likes of eBay. Some of Keiran's other books can still be ordered directly from him though, there's a link in the video description 😊

The Elvis Shop London currently has some Elvis Files volumes in stock at pretty decent prices. They also have the first edition of Kieran's At The International, which, while not as comprehensive as the 50th Anniversary edition, is a good stop gap. Also, Elvis4sale.com has a couple of Kieran's books, including the 50th Anniversary edition of On Tour November 1971, which is superb
