Howe and howe just keeps getting better and better with the quality of their builds. I do have to say I feel like they get their inspiration from a bunch of video games or something because the aesthetics are sick as hell
Oh my gosh....don't even think some of us gals out here want to own these type of rugged outdoor vehicles. I lived in Alaska for 12yrs and still have my 2003 H2 in Georgia, This video just inspired me to do something to prepare for next level of living in America during crazy times. Thanks for the awesome video...I'm sharing this with lots of my friends to follow you.
I'm so glad you guys still kicking ass after tv wasn't around I had no idea what happened to you clearly things are booming ! Congrats keep up great work
You cannot tell me that they aren’t gonna take one of these to the moon and Mars!!!!!! Looks like something from lost in space! I hope one day I can buy one of these.
That is an absolute thing of beauty. I want one... Just one, I'm not greedy... Just want one, um....well.... How about two ? AWESOME JOB GUYS. I knew you guys would do great things I started following you guys when the Discovery channel show aired and now look where you guys are huge huge company. Congratulations 🤘🤘 RIP SAW FOR LIFE !!!!!
I'm truly at awwww and speechless on how fare we have come with technology ♥ being's that the one's who download it all and bring it all back from other time's and realms who should truly get the credit for these machines..
it would be wicked sick to design a ripsaw that you could race in a desert race like the Baja 1000, Baja 500 or the mint 400 and then i would know if i am the only one in Maine who wants to race in the desert with a big tracked vehicle
@@3nertia They have already had one of their vehicles in a Mad Max film. G.I. Joe as well. If I remember correctly in G.I. Joe, one of the brothers actually drove the vehicle during filming because it was taking too long for the stuntman to learn.
Man, these things would be good for rescue missions. Those days up north in the winter when a blizzard hits and it's so bad that they have to shut down highways, and any cars on the highway get stranded. Authorities advising that any civilians caught in the storm should rationalize the fuel in their cars to keep warm. Turning their cars on for 15 minutes every hour (or something like that.) These Ripsaws look like they could plow through a blizzard like that no problem. People could do search and rescue in them. Carry some jerry cans of fuel and go looking for stranded cars in the blizzard that are running low on fuel.
Love the design of that one, but i really like them all, the ripsaw forms, and that riptide, they all look rockin awesome.... And is it really bad that when seeing the ripsaw moving as killer as it is, i imagine it modified with the shell of a minivan, or even a van. You can just imagine the fun there, lol
I am in love!! That is one sexy beast of a machine. some pretty pink camo, upgraded for nuclear war survival vehicle. a few plow attachments. i would make it a daily driver if i could! great work guys amazing vehicle.
WOW! You guys have come a long way since your show on Discovery channel. Very impressive job. I'm curious if you guys have tries a hopped up turbo diesel engine in the Ripsaw
bring it to west River, south Dakota, it would be great to test it against our winter storms, I think it could be a great search and rescue machine, bring me the four seater, and I'll field test it. I'm sure it would surpass all expectations.
During the last months of WW II the Germans developed the Royal Tiger Tank with tracks 1 meter wide so that it can travel over snow, ice, frozen soil, mud, swamp, water logged soils, and all kinds of roads under all kinds of weather and climate conditions. I suggest that they make some modifications in their track designs.
O. M. G..... I'm gushing and surprised at how something I spent years developing turned out! It's like I scripted it and went so overboard with the praises of my work that they had to edit most of it out. I don't imagine sales are up and sustainable. Next project?
I love the fact that it can float and go as fast as it does on water and also being capable of slight dives like a jet ski!!! Impressive on water 💦 as well as land and snow 🌨!!!! I've been in love with the riptide since first laying eyes on one!!!! I just can't see owning a ripsaw when you could wait and save a bit longer and get the riptide!!!! Any critique is well appreciated sweethearts!!!!
ever since I was little during the 70's, I had always wished that tracked vehicles could be street legal. Now, after all these years, could it be possible that you could change law makers' minds if the RipSaw could be mass produced and sold to the public?
Wow we have Mr.Moneybags over here. I sure wish I can afford a $500k vehicle. I rather they never come out with a road legal version so I don't have to be supremely jealous when encountering it in traffic.
Delayed? Not really. More like it doesn't register until you turn it a certain amount. It's a tracked vehicle of course. It isn't going to be able to make as subtle of changes with steering as a vehicle with steering components that actually rotate like wheels or skis. (Those are my observations anyway. I don't know if they are actually fact.)
Why the steering is delayed, for me, does not matter... but yes, it is clearly delayed. And yes, tracked vehicles are able to make subtle changes as easily as wheeled vehicles. It all depends on the input to the breaks on that side. The more efficient and instantaneously the breaks can be applied, the more subtle the changes in steering. It is why you see military tracked vehicles in the hands of skilled drivers be able to dance. That said, the delay in the steering was the only thing that made me cringe when watching the video. That is dangerous, to say the least. And I have driven plenty of tracked vehicles and know there is no need for it. So there seems to be some real adjustment corrections to be made.
For a utility or oil company something like a Hagglunds bv206 is more practical, and cheaper. (and amphibious) For emergency services a helicopter is really the way to go, though obviously much more expensive.
If they made it in amphibious with respectable speed it would open up a whole new market for them and probably more in demand because a lot of yacht owners might want one just saying
lol I caught on quickly by my first thought was that you made some more amphibious modifications. Started out expecting to see you drive it in to water to avoid this car you kept talking about.
Looks amazing but everywhere they drove in this vehicle I could drive with my Audi S4. Obviously not as cool but still. I want to see this thing doing way more crazy stuff than just driving on a fairly flat track off road in the snow!
@@chrishansen4455 It's not really about top speed but average speed. This type of vehicle would be competitive at least, since it could maintain better average speeds over rougher terrain. My question about the Ripsaw in one of those races would be endurance and repairability.

So is it amphibious as well or would they need to modify it to add that ability? If it is amphibious how does it handle ice if the ice breaks under it?
That should be used in some Sci-Fi where the characters in the movie ride it on an alien planet. Heck that would probably do awesome on an actual alien planet.

Those guys are too busy building more of these. Orders are backed up for 16 months right now....
One of the coolest things I had ever seen. .....Dear Santa.....
I loved to see the full amphibious version of it they tested at the beginning
You guys have a future in leisure and tourism - expand this for the recreational market youll do seriously well - great work

Better than a Lamborghini 👍😂
Daniel Trautinger and more expensive

whats a "lamb or guini?"
