Please 🙏🏻 make videos on few topics which may be asked in interview too. like RTI, POSCO, Education Policies & commissions since independence, NEP, RTE, Different Govt run programs etc. most of these topics you have covered already but it’s a humble request to make exhaustive MCQs too on the same. Sir,
Effective competition lacking doesn't mean what you say in video. It means you don't get sufficient bids in response. Suppose you get only one or two response against your requirements and therefore, you are not able to select for some reasons.

Section 7,Normally within 40 days information should be given related to third party.If the third party appeal then within 30 day information should be given and it can be extended upto 45 days

@@AsitGovernmentRuleGuru Sir I have more then 100 EL in my account. Due to non availability of CL the competent authority did not accept EL or HPL for one day . As such, they deducted my one day salary and treated me as without pay.
Is it permissible under rule?

section 6 (3) is incorrectly written and incorrectly explained by you. Please correct it
section 6 of sub (3) Where an application is made to a public authority requesting for an information,-
(i) which is held by another public authority; or
(ii) the subject matter of which is more closely connected with the functions of another public
authority, the public authority, to which such application is made, shall transfer the application or such part of it as
may be appropriate to that other public authority and inform the applicant immediately about such
transfer:
Provided that the transfer of an application pursuant to this sub-section shall be made as soon as
practicable but in no case later than five days from the date of receipt of the application.
