In variable fee structure, say in year 1, porftfolio makes -5% returns and then year 2 it makes 25% on that lower base. What will be the fees in year 2? Will year 1 loss be a factor considered during fee calc in year 2?
hai i would like to know which is the best fees structure for a new AIF investor as i am paying 1.5 % fixed for my PMS - NDTOP now looking to change to AIF if profit sharing option will be above MF investing 12% minimum So i would like to 15 % for the hurdile rate + above profit sharing ? or same fixed fees and aif to be provide a guarantee some % like 15 to 20 assurance for fixed price
