Good video and presentation,but friends dont start small,identify a good company and puchase in large quantities minimum 50k,seen 90 percent of those started with small quatities has failed within first year,its a mind game when you have huge quantities of medicines in your rack you will work hard,and fear of loss will make you concentrate more on work,when i started doing bussiness more than a decade ago I Purchased goods worth 80k rupees,that goes well with me,think big,invest big and grow big,dont be a average guy,good luck......

Question -2 : I want to start my PCD business.
In West Bengal market, retail shops are giving 22% discount on MRP to the customers. After that shopkeeper should keep a good margin for him because he will sale my product in place of branded products. Obviously he will try to get a good % of margin. How much ??
The DL licence holder ( I know the person who is also running his PCD business ) are claimed 10% from me. He will only withhold my products which will come from my PCD company, in his office and will bill to my parties as per my instructions.
Whenever he will bill I will send the product to my parties through transport, the cost will be bear by me, it may be 500/- per perty .
If a product mrp is 1000/-
If I will get rate from the company 120 + GST.
How I will calculate the entire phase ? Please help me out.
