My country is fully capitalist and we use helicopter to transportation doctors to the emercency and patient back to hospitals since over 60 years. Emercency things costs near nothing and all paid from your health insurance or the government! Specially at rush hour with no extra emercency lane nor help from your police (except the one video where they helps you with motorbikes police) it should be go faster and safer for the patient.
