Following are some points made by Roman sir in this video:
1. Know your reason "why you're studying?"
2. Don't do multi-tasking (one thing at a time)
3. Try to do meditation.
4. don't listen to songs while studying and avoid using phone, laptop etc while studying
5. Constant environment and pre-plan before start studying
6. Don't reduce your sleep as it reduces your concentration.
7. When you're frustrated and not able to concentrate then take nap for 1 hour and make a to-do list and prioritize it.
8. Do important and tough task first.
