For those who have plans on visiting Haunted Island but are afraid of the eyeballs, then fret not my friend! The eyeballs are completely harmless! They spend all of their time floating around the island, their goal is to protect the island and monsters from any danger. They're very welcoming to tourists as well as monsters who plan on moving there to live. While they float around for majority of their time, sometimes they may want to challenge you to a staring contest, so may the best win in that case! Just do not threaten them, the island, or the monsters and all will be good!

Commenting on new sounds: Noggin: Not too different from the original, but yeah you should make it louder like it is right now. Mammott and Xyster: Really did made the song more haunted. I like the Mammotts vibration. Wimmzies: Good sound, but make it louder already. Enchantling: Sounds more like Enchantiling now, and sounds more haunted than before. Really good. Popette: Sounds more like Popette now, and adds way more to the song! Denchuhs: Yeah… I’d say the old one is wayyy better. Overall a very good improvement! It’s now way safer to call it a haunted island. You and the other creators did a real good job on this one. Can’t wait for the next island!

Noggin: I didn’t know Noggin was on Haunted Island tbh. Good job on making it more noticeable! Sounds lovely Mammott: As per usual, the floof went through puberty LOL. Amazing though Poppette: Nice work! I don’t know if there’s much of a difference because my memory is poor, but I’d say you did a pretty good job on making the quality of the sound better. Denchuhs: Not much to say, sounds more echo-y? Pretty decent monster I guess (I hate the dentist though 😅) Wimmzies: Love the harmonies here, adds to the creepy vibes. But that may just be me being biased because I’m in choir 😂 Xyster: My favorite magical monster! Main difference I’ve noticed is the sound, sounds more like either a Koto or Guzheng. Also, maybe the pitch is a little lower? Sounds banger though, and still carries Enchantling: Chef’s kiss. Still hits hard like the original, and sounds even higher quality. Full song with animations: I don’t know what else to say other than huge improvement! Haunted Island is my favorite in IOH and everyone who worked on this update definitely did it justice. Noggin finally sounds good, it was too sampled before and the animation was bad, im so glad Noggin got a glow up. Mammott sounds even deeper than before, which I wouldnt think it possible, but it is, love it! Poppette sounds so intense, like wow! Denchuhs, I kinda prefered the old sound, but its still good. Wimmzies is much better. Xyster's reverb is insane, there are lots of little sounds too, it sounds really good. And that second track hits like usual Enchantling is interesting, it didnt need to be changed, but it sounds better!# Animation changes I realised: Noggin is so much more lively Xyster looks really good and much smoother Mammott is just stretching Rooba's idle animation finally fits with the song Overhall this island isnt too changed, but its amazing! The Whinezes (sorry for the spelling) become quieter ? In the original its louder and give more joy than this . Fun fact : my introduction to the isles is the Whimzes ( again sorry ) update on haunted island and when I listen to it . 😇 Ascention and beautiful until it gets update to this day . Hopefully some updates will be better in the future . ❤❤❤

Result: As it turns out, NO ONE got new designs, so this part was a complete miss. Prediction: I'm pretty sure Noggin, Mammott, Osstax, Xyster, Enchantling, Deedge, Clavi Gnat, Deja-Jin, Denchus, and Cybop will all receive new sounds. Result: Noggin, Mammott, Enchantling, Xyster, and Denchus did get new sounds, but Cybop, Osstax, Clavi Gnat, and Deedge didn't change. Prediction: As for animations, I'm generally unsure. Poppette, Mammott, Xyster, Spytrap, Osstax, Deedge, and Enchantling may receive new animations. Result: I can say for sure that Mammott, Xyster, Noggin, Spytrap, Poppette all got new animations. Not sure whether I should count Rooba's slowed idle animation as a NEW animation. I mean, it's different, but not really new, it's the same idle but not as fast. Either way, Osstax, Deedge, and Enchantling seem no different in terms of animation.
