It Is Fitting That One Mad Dog Should Judge Another - Baldur's Gate 3 Part 25

We're back with another episode of BG3 and today Grosha travels to the mysterious Moonrise Tower. On the way we find a place that's the only safe space within the Shadow Cursed Lands and come across a terrifying creature in the shadows too! And there's lots of surprises actually inside Moonrise Tower so come and see for yourselves just what Grosha and the gang get up to in todays episode troops!
In the last episode though (Since it's been a while), Kith'rak Voss showed up at camp to tell Lae'zel that Vlaakith was a traitor and that someone inside the Prism that we carry around, could help free the Githyanki from their tyrant of a Queen. All we have to do is "Break their chains", which we'll find out a lot more about later in the playthrough troops. The surprising part was that Lae'zel was willing to listen and even potentially believe Voss and what he had to say about her Undying Queen.
Once we had a little chat with Lae'zel though, we went back to the Underdark and went straight to the Adamantine Forge to create some armour. The bad part about that? Was the Guardian of the Forge that we had to defeat before getting to actually use the forge! However, after a tough battle, we defeated the Guardian and was finally able to make some Adamantine armour. And after that, we went back to the Mountain Pass to head for the Shadow Cursed Lands and bumped into an old Wizard by the name of Elminster.
This wizard was an old friend of Gale's and was sent by Mystra herself. She had a new mission for Gale, and would be willing to "forgive" him... but only if he used the Orb inside his chest to essentially blow up the "Heart of the Absolute"! Which of course we tried to convince Gale that he doesn't actually have to sacrifice himself in order to gain Mystra's forgiveness. It was after all of that though, that we finally entered the Shadow Cursed Lands where a Goblin was waiting to warn us about the terrors that await us in the Shadows. But are these lands really that bad?
Well we find that out in todays episode when we explore the lands and bump into some horrible creatures on our way to Moonrise Towers. But don't worry, we do meet some friendly faces on the way too, so it's not all bad. In the next episode, we'll be seeing what Minthara has to say for herself and exploring more of the Shadow Cursed Lands and seeing what else the Shadows have in store for us so be sure not to miss it!
