Create earth globe vector design illustrator tutorial

Today I'm going to show you how to make an earth globe vector in the Illustrator program. Using a few different techniques we will create this simple graphic.

Hello Laury. Enjoying your tutes immensely. Yours and Logos by Nick's are my favourite. I've been watching your latest vid and i'm wondering if you could show us how to do the same with inkscape. I was not able to make the world map look like a globe. Hope you read my request and thank you for you help. 👍😃

Inkscape does not make it easy for us to perform this action well. If I can successfully duplicate it in Inkscape I will make another tutorial. Thanks for reaching out 🙌

Hi how do I change the colour of the circle once its finished? Mine turns from blue to white after enveloping it

How would you do this in Inkscape? The envelop method doesn't work like this, I believe.

Inkscape does not have this advanced feature unfortunately. It might be possible with a lattice deformation, where you move the points individually however it may distort in unexpected ways. I haven't tried it.
