This is hard to admit but I'm 66, been playing guitar for 50 years mostly by myself and I go through each step he lays out just about every time I wanna practice...too funny but sad really. I'm a few weeks away from having my own guitar room where it should be easier to find shit!! I hope. Great video.

I play bass but even still everything but the capo and the acoustic one are 100% true 😂 especially the tapping one😂😂😂
Some of these symptoms occur after playing guitar hero as well.
i always lose picks, or forget where they are. i went form like seven to one in a week
