I love Beetles! I have sooo many of their gel polish sets, foils, brushes, etc. The polish is always super pigmented, goes on beautifully, and I rarely need more than one coat. I’m really impressed with their products and their prices are incredibly affordable too! 😊Love how this turned out, very beautiful! 💖
Love your work girl always so easy to follow and do myself. I also love that you’re doing models with different skin colours. I hate when a channel only uses white hands and they aren’t inclusive. Thank you for being so awesome!!!
Beautiful. The colors complemented Courtney's skin tone beautifully. The design is quite lovely. I've never used base coat to encapsulate, thank you for that idea. I am a Beetles devotee. Their products are definitely top tier. Fantastic video. Have a magnificent day. 😊
Sadly, I had to stop using Beetles gel polishes after developing contact dermatitis. After I would finish my nails hours later I would get an itchy feeling around my cuticle area. I would also get a bumpy type rash around my cuticles. I avoid getting gel/gel polish around my cuticles and would still have issues. After doing some digging I found that a lot of people were having this issue. After finding out about hema allergies and contact dermatitis, I threw all my Amazon bought gel polishes away. Hundreds of dollars wasted, but having a reaction after doing my nails is not worth it. I have found a few hema free brands I will try and see if they are any good.
I love your videos! Your technique is incredible but also able to do because you explain it easily. I have been doing my own nails for 3-4yrs. This is my own hobby and doing my own nails makes me happy.
Love this design! The colors are perfect for this time of year. And I definitely agree about that caramel color - I was iffy about it too when you first showed it but it came to life against your model's skin! Beetles is a great brand, especially for us diy home users. They were one of the first brands I started using after I began doing my own nails at home, along with Modelones. I like their brushes too, but I wish they came with caps. I've gotten to the point now that I won't even think about buying new brushes if they don't come with a cap. 🍂🍁🍂
Beetles is really affordable and really GOOD stuff. I have Fall Festival myself, lol. And they have a few different Nail Brush sets, as well as poly/hybrid gel, chrome powders, dip powders, and honestly the BEST no-wipe top coat I've ever come across. Also, the Beetles starter kit includes Builder Gel, which is great for those encapsulations
I bought the exact same nail kit from beetles last week and since it’s spring here in Australia I got the pastel colour kit with 20 different colours. I’m loving it!
I stopped using Beetles gel products because of the HEMA in their ingredients. They've told me they're gonna do a HEMA-free line, but I think they need more pressure from other customers to get them more motivated to do this! Meanwhile, I'm replacing ALL my Beetles products with HEMA-free Amazon products like Aimeili and Canni, and I just ordered my first bottle of Madam Glam polish from MG's website last week!! That said, I still adore Beetles' Matte Top Coat!! It feels like velvet. I'm eager to try other matte top coats, but I'm still so new at this that I've rarely needed matte for anything until this week doing my NaNoWriMo nails to look like news print. I also enjoy Beetles brushes, and I've been using the same Beetles sponge buffer file for over a year on myself!! Cute designs you did! And I admire your cuticle cleanup skills!
I've only used Beetles Top Coat and Foundation Gel because they were cheap in Amazon and I was sketchy about them, but they in fact work like a charm. Their gel viscosity is so on point, not runny like other gels ✨
Amazing mani and a few of the colors I wasn’t sure about, but on her skin they looked amazing!! Also, I love easy nail art and this definitely looks user friendly! Thank you! 🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁
I’ve been using Beetle gel polishes for about a year just for myself but wasn’t ever super confident about my results. After seeing your videos I’m more confident and have even gotten requests from friends to do their nails! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! ✨ ( also I have this fall set and they’re GORGEOUS!)
Do you have any idea why a top coat would be super dull? I cure it for correct time and leave it for a good 2 minute before working on it again. Could it just be quality of the top coat. Any hints would be awesome ❤❤❤
Hi I luv Ur videos always helpful .can u make a video that which color will suit on darker tone BCS on fair tone every color suit but on darker tone I'm always confused color will suit can u guide me about it
I have a question!!! What would you use for people with latex/rubber allergies??? Should they stick with acrylic? Or what is an alternative for allergic reactions??? I have people I know who want to use rubber bases due to colors/ popularity but to my perspective I really don’t want to cause any issues. Are regular gels still ok to apply? Please help???
Question: do you ever use clear builder gel (like Beetle Gel d001) to encapsulate accessories? Only asking because this is what I’ve done and it is pretty bulky but I’m going to try your base coat trick now!
Hey Anastasia! Long time viewer. Really happy to see your setup growing, evolving and becoming more and more polished (pun intended 😂). One thing I always notice though, is you seem to always have a lot of echo on your audio? It's very apparent of course at the start when you're sat and not doing voice over audio but it is still present during your voiceover bits. May I suggest perhaps something cheap and cheerful to help dampen the echo, so instead of having to buy loads of sound insulation foam plates, maybe hang up a rug or comforter/throw around where you record to help level out the reverb? Fantastic work as always, just never underestimate the audio as tonnes of people watch with earphones in/in public etc (or don't watch, in the case of unpleasant audio artefacts). Hope that helps you in the future as you continue to regrow your brand and channel after the move 😁✨
Thank you so much! Yes, I left my microphone extender cord in Russia 😩, so I was waiting for a new one to arrive for 2 weeks. I decided to continue recording videos during this time anyways , but I agree, the sound is not so great on this one. Thank you for the advice, I will look for some audio solutions cause I definitely wanted to improve this part in my videos 😊
@@Nailcou you are most welcome! I knew there would be reason as your audio prior to relocation was always pretty good but it's sometimes difficult to notice in the day to day of recording! Rugs/some sheets etc just hung up can do a lot to balance things in the meantime as long as it's practical for you ☺️💖
hi, super curious, what do you use to put the faux nails into the natural nails? i typically use builder gel but have had some issues with them just popping off even though i put a base coat on my natural nail! thank you ❤❤
@@gretakalkius187you need to make sure your nails are correctly dehydrated and also MUST use a primer. If non acid primer still results in them popping off, even with the correctly dehydrated and buffed nails, test patch an acid primer but only a SMALL amount don't overdo it and only dab on the nail lightly. i got my efile from melodysusie for probably USD $9 to $12. it works well for acrylic shaping and removal. there is no rpm display but rather a rotating wheel to change the speed. i mostly work on the higher speeds with a light touch and it works well.

Beetles gel products do contain HEMA unfortunately. So it's a NO for me, as I am allergic. I was considering buying some on Amazon and I reached out to the company to ask if their products contain HEMA, and they were very transparent: they answered me immediately that they do. At least they were honest. Other gel polish companies don't even bother to answer, so I appreciated that.
@@elliea.2519You were smarter than me! I bought some because I saw someone talk about it and did not check. I have tried asking customer service before but didn't think to do it because I never hear anything or they will tell me something like "we don't use any strong concentrations" so I've given up. Now I only buy if I can find the MSDS or the company states their ingredients. Thanks for sharing!
@@sherryyyy100 HEMA is related more to allergies when in contact with the skin than nail lifting, but if left uncured next to the nail bed I have heard of irritation because it can get into cracks or move through a thin nail plate. It's hard to know, so I just minimize it or avoid it if I can.
I love my Beetles gels! They're so affordable and the quality is fantastic. I also like that they're low odor and remove easier than other gels.
