In India we will have a tireless 72 hr shift ... And shd be reported again the next day mrng ... Though this comes monthly once in a cycle ... OBG and ORTHO will have their 36hr duty every third day in a week ... I don't wanna become doctor in india seeing this .. govt makes us wrk a lot ..even though though u r very good at studies and gve very less stipend... Practically no time to spend dat stipend for good time ... It's like being slaves ... Everytime i see other profession people enjoying their life I feel jealous.... But the only think that makes me do my work is the job satisfaction that I get by saving lives ... 🥴🥴
@Stargate traveler that's thr wrong idea ...but already it's in practice ..every state vary eith their rules some have no bond to some like Assam has 10 yrs contract ... The problem is making them do contract is like taking the personal life thats left out fr dem is being robbed .... They aren't just flying abroad ..they are proving themselves and looking for the greater resources and luxury ... If our govt provide it ...y will anyone go to other place ... For being a doctor in india ..just to be an mbbs u lost the perfect teenage and u r 22-24 now ...till u do pg it will be 27 ... Just think not having a personal life ..going somewhr for pg ..being there fr 3 yrs pg + 10 yrs contract ... It's just a punishment gvn for the social serving they r doing .. atleast it shd be their wish to opt out and serve more ... U can't say how the infrastructure and services provided der ... 90% govt indian doctors wrk in the services deprived govt hospitals ..dat can be made 💯 times better by govt ...but they won't ..coz this won't get them any profit and the gdp boost etc .., this is an expense fr the govt ..so like everyone they like to reduce the expense .... Avg wrking hrs for a medicine/surgery per week is 75+ hrs ... Avg age of death of doctors according to so called statistics
