Vietnam is catching up with Thailand.
After some research, discovered Pano has high noise tourist traffic mixed with the residents sharing of the lifts and same floors and that's why the elevators is a 20 min wait. Had no idea. Thanks for the info!
Didn't think I'd like Nha Trang compared to Dalat weather-wise, but the windy beach did it for me.

FYI At 6:32 the Liberty Central has a rooftop bar called 'Above Sky Bar', and the HAVANA NhaTrang at 38 Tran Phu St. has the 'Skylight Bar' on top of the 40th floor or so.
i'm digging the intact sidewalks and general cleanliness of the place. from what I hear the rat situation is better than Danang. is there regular bus service up to Dalat? tks.

Place is much busy now… I preferred the quieter days when I had Hon Chong beach to myself in the morning. But yeah… booming business is good for the locals.
