Yes, and there is a lot of theory crafting around the component. Because it's primary choice for mages, I believe that understanding items it builds into can be very beneficial, and hopefully my analysis allows to do that.
I'd be interested in adc item comparison, especially on-hit vs. crit builds. They are many permutations in the build order so it's a big challenge.

Lost chapter is a cheat code. Literally no mage ever goes out of mana with it. It's absurd how powerfull it is, and it's just a component.
