Lost chapter is a cheat code. Literally no mage ever goes out of mana with it. It's absurd how powerfull it is, and it's just a component.
Yes, and there is a lot of theory crafting around the component. Because it's primary choice for mages, I believe that understanding items it builds into can be very beneficial, and hopefully my analysis allows to do that.
I'd be interested in adc item comparison, especially on-hit vs. crit builds. They are many permutations in the build order so it's a big challenge.
Thanks for the Idea. The topic sounds interesting however very challenging (at first glance). I have something planned already which will also be usefull for adc role.

Tristana is so annoying to play against in the beginning - there's very little you can do against her, especially as Lissandra
