Well the Doctor pretty much told Tito his body was too effed up to fight when it'd be scheduled. Tito especially in the back half of his career during that time was dealing with a lot of injuries and things wrong with his body to the point you really didn't know if he was gonna fight unless fight night came up and nothing had happened.
