Joey, it's so strange to see the table so empty. So how much longer before the move to the UK, and is the Kitty male or female?

20 Feb is the move so about 5 months left. The kitty is a male 😁

So, my name suggestion for the kitty is Dente, you know after the cultivar......

You should name the cat after a carnivorous plant. Also it would be unfortunate if you tasted a sundew and there was a bee stuck to it!

Haha yes definitely. I was thinking regia but the owner of the cat probably won’t like it

I caught some rain water and some debris got in it is it still ok to water my carnivorous plants with it

Should be fine if the debris was only some dirt and wasn’t excessive

A few days ago I was lucky enough to encounter a wild drosera. It was growing on a ledge above a small waterfall in Darwin. I believer it was a red form of burmanii but i'm not sure if burmanii grows in Darwin. any ideas what it could be?

Great video as always, brave girl to lick a sundew lol. Bought some tuberous sundew seeds many months ago (D, hookerii) and they are finally germinating. This is my first venture into tuberous sundews. Just wonder how long it takes something the size of a pinpoint to develop an actual tuber. It will be fun to find out.

Haha I know right. Goodluck on your tubers! They should develop to a normal size within their first season being D. hookeri. They're one of the easier ones :)
