Great video, I like how you skipped over all the regular stuff and just showed what's really going on. Also, the booster got magically painted black, that's very cool. I'm doing mine the same. Thanks, Jim
@@RM_Garage what year would I need if I want to upgrade my 1990 Toyota pickups master cylinder and would also like to install a dual diaphragm booster ? Thanks you !
Do i need to have big tires to upgrade? I have a 2wd 86 pickup and its leaking from master cinder before I go buying it would like to know whats the difference?
@@RM_Garage what type of rotors? i am putting 2nd gen brakes on my first gen 4runner and the calipers bolted right up after some trimming, but the pads dont want to fit with my factory 87 rotors. would second gen rotors fix this?

Very attentive! I figured it wasn’t worth showing me paint a booster.
You only did part of the upgrade, a dual diaphragm booster from a V-6 4 runner would have made it soooo much better
I plan to in the future! Thanks for watching

What kind of brake pads and calipers did you used? Keep up the nice video.
Did this work? I would guess that a smaller bore would produce more psi for a given force. More throw, but more pressure.
Did you have to adjust your booster pushrod?
Do you need to replace the booster as well?
If I replace mine will I still need a proportioning valve for a disc brake conversion?
Have an 89’ 4runner , what brakes are you running all around ?
It's landcruiser front rotors, v6 4runner front calipers, and factory IFS rear end + brakes.
(91) 22re 4wd pickups already come upgraded??
I feel like mine looks like the new one lol
Previous owner might’ve upgraded or replaced it?
Insted of bending tge line should of just loosen it at the T and repositioned it....
Right!? That’s what I did

Nice videos, what kind of calipers and pad are you using ? Thanks.
They are 2nd gen 4runner V6 calipers and just generic brand brake pads that fit the caliper.
