My 11 year old daughter made these and they were fabulous! Soft and yummy, and they were all gone in less than 24 hours! You really didn't miss the fruits in it! We are making this our Easter tradition!

Natasha...I just made these hot cross buns and the only thing I did extra was add some raisins and it was awesome. The texture was perfect,...soft, moist and very tasty!! Thank you 😊

I made these yesterday and today they were extremely soft and light. I used about an extra 2/3 cups of flour for dusting and kneading but I was still sticky so I oiled my hands and brought the dough to a smooth ball. For my glaze I substituted the water with unsweetened Trinidad orange juice that comes in a can.

I tried the Hot Cross Buns, I used cranberries. The dough needed a little more flour, and the a little more milk in the icing sugar other than that it was wonderful very delicious.😋
