Same thing: downloaded the filein html section and uploaded it in my website main directry and then i clicked the yandex verify button but it says :
Rights haven't been verified
The page is unavailable.
Can you help us out?

Hi! Thanks for this useful video where it explains how to merge wordpress blog with yandex webmaster.
I have done everything correctly although I have yet to learn how to use this method of yandex and all its functions.
I ask you, with the utmost courtesy and interest an explanation to understand a passage you show in the video, where a window appears with this title: 'Tell us what you plan to use Yandex. Webmaster for' where we find multiple requests to select. I only clicked 'Analyze search queries' and everything else I left blank. But I noticed in the videos, that you checked almost all the boxes. Is it possible to go back and view this window and select other choices again?
Also, I have received 2 configuration problems maybe I will have to wait.
I. No Sitemap files are currently used by the indexing bot
(tells me I have to wait 1 or 2 weeks before my sitemap is accepted)
II. meta tags are missing (not sure how to fix this)
Recommendations
I. Regions aren't specified in the Yandex. Business dashboard
II. No site geographic affiliation given

i did the same thing for google webmaster tool and managed. but i coldnt do it for yandex.
i also tried to do it on Yoaest Seo thing. but i got the same error.
