For the first section it is which ever the arrow is pointing to. For the second section, it is the Blues JR. running through the Deluxe Cab the whole time with the volume adjusted with the Master Volume or Attenuator. Hope that clears things up, thanks for watching!

The tweed deluxe is the one covered in yellow tweed. The Blues Jr. is covered in bloody tolex. I think the Attenuator sounds better, which one did you like ?

can i plug a attenuator straight to my Blues jr, or do i need to make some modification?

I was using the attenuator from the Tweed in this video which has been modified to have the attenuator built in. But you can buy an attenuator that can go between your amp and speaker without any modification. So yes you can!

@@DisorderlySoundStudios sorry, I'm very noob at this... If you can answer I will appreciate. There's a power soak attenuator called bugera ps1 who looks good for the money. Does it work like a pedal? Or I need some special cables do plug straight to the speakers of the bj and then 2 more jack cables, one for the guitar straight to the attenuator and another between the attenuator and the amp itself. (Sorry for bad English)

@@cristof41 Yes you would need one additional speaker cable but that is it. That additional cable would go from the output in the back of the Blues Jr. that currently has the speaker plugged in, to the 8ohm input on the Bugera PS1. Than you would plug the cable that is already attached to the speaker into the "speaker" output of the Bugera. You would plug your guitar into your amp as normal. Hope that helps!

And if you (cristof41) are new to this and possibly don’t know another extremely important part of the puzzle is- there’s a difference in speaker wire and instrument cable, and they are usually not interchangeable. I apologize if I’m telling you something you already know. And just to mess up the whole thing ha ha. This test is of course only good for these two amplifiers…. not these models, but these exact amps… there are so many variables… A friend used to swear that his hundred watt Marshall sounded better when he toured outside the states at a higher voltage… I’m convinced He was much happier with the girl(s) he was seeing over there opposed to the wife he was unhappy, with here.

@@LTJR.Well done for pointing that difference out, learn lesson many moons ago when a "Friend" used my Hiwatt 100 head for a gig and used a guitar lead to connect it to his speaker cab.....a very bright blue arc of light was seen by many and the Hiwatts Transformers (usually bombproof) heaved thier last , we had to send it off with honours as it had served us well for 5 years (with the right cable) as an all purpose "Super amp" without complaining...."label your cables people" was the movement that was born from those tragic days of tomfoolery.
