Toronto, last year, and Charlotte, this year, did not want JJ Redick as their coach, 2 of the worst teams in the league. The Celtics offered him an assistant job prior to the season but he turned it down or he would have an nba championship ring.... Lebron is the only reason it could be that JJ was hired. Then, they had to hire 2 former head coaches to coach JJ!! Brooks and McMillan lmao 🤣 So, the Lakers have a coach with no experience leading the team while being coached himself on how to coach. Make it make sense.
