Testing OnStep STM32 Blue Pill Controller EEPROM and WiFi

This short video shows how to quickly verify that the STM32 Blue Pill controller is working. Specifically, that it can access the EEPROM on the RTC module, and that the WeMos D1 Mini WiFi module can inteface to OnStep correctly.
You can also check from Arduino IDE's Serial Monitor at 9600 baud. You will see the message:
NV (EEPROM) Failure
And OnStep will not respond to LX200 commands like :GVP# or :GU#
With version 4.17 and later, OnStep will turn on the LED on pin PC13 even if the EEPROM is inaccessible.
