You should actually don't need to use a lot of conditioner and what I learned is that hair has the ability to work against gravity. You put the conditioner in the length of your hair and your hair will get it to the top and the roots of your hair, you just actually have to wait like 2 minutes so it does get up all the way. (I'm so sorry, I'm bad at English)

I'm NOT judging whatsoever but I just have some tips: •Dont twist the end of you're hair (it can damage your hair follicles) •You should only really need about two dime-size amount of shampoo or conditioner no matter how long your hair is. They put chemicals in most shampoos and conditioners that cause suds. Suds don't clean your hair anymore than just massaging it in and not seeing suds. But some people may like suds so I'm not gonna judge but just know you don't have to use that much shampoo. •You don't have to put the shampoo or conditioner all the way down you’re hair. If you put it at the top of you’re hair, when you wash it, it will go through you’re hair and clean the rest of you’re hair. I hope this was helpful 😊

Atarah Mandel I have really long thick hair and Eva nyc ten in one primer helped me so much. It got rid of my split ends, helped my hair be less greaser, and make it much more soft. I live in the us so I don’t know where else it ships but braiding it before u go to sleep also helps. U can put it up in a ponytail but that sometimes still allows it to tangle. However, if you do put it in a ponytail, use scrunchie is or a hair tie that’s more gentle when tying it because normal ones might leave dents in ur hair. Hopefully that helped:)
