This was based on a tremendously impressive case. If my memory serves me, he had about 12L of UO over the first 6 hours or so after decompression of obstructive uropathy. Struggled a bit with hypernatremia given free water losses even with significant fluid resuscitation. It was quite impressive

As a newer nurse, I encountered this for the first time. I dont recall hearing about this in school so this video & explanation has been very helpful!
