Got a 22 SV & love it. For a work daily driver mpgs are great ride is good as well. Cheaper than Corolla that every grandma has or speed junkie teen. If u abuse your cars this isn't for u.
Hey! Really appreciate the honesty about the 0-60mph. times. I've been saying for years that it makes no sense that Nissan does not offer a turbo as an option on the SR trim. Especially since it occupies a weird spot in Nissan's line-up. For those on a tight budget, there's the Nissan Versa sedan. Which, in terms of styling and size is not that different from the Sentra. Less power, but less money too. For those who want more room and power, there's the Nissan Altima. It's bigger than the Sentra, but not huge. And, also looks a lot like it. Sentra in that weird middle ground.

I have a 2022 Nissan Sentra SV. I’ve had it now for about about 18 months. I love the car I just wish it came with better tires than Hancock. i’m getting ready to upgrade the tires to the new Michelin cross climate 2. I feel that Tire would really complement the already awesome ride and handling of the centra. Anyway, thanks for your video.
Great review.. I am focusing on the Versa ,because of the standard transmission in the base model. I really would like the Sentra, but not the CVT … Give me the Sentra with a 5 speed 😂
Nah....no more Nismo or SER Sentra Versions...I would even be happy if they dropped the 2.5 in it and gave it 240HP with no turbo and a six gang...but they aint gonna do nothin. If they did...id be very surprised.
Nice review. This is a good looking refresh. That exhaust note sounds like a leaf blower, but who cares in an economy compact car. I would love to see a more performance orientated version. My daily is a 2013 base Sentra that came with a 6speed m/t and it feels like it will run forever. Zero problems when you take away the CVT.
Thanks Mike, Hopefully we get some type of performance version soon! Glad to hear yours is still holding up, wish you luck with it for years to come 👍🏼
Hearing good things about this car. Hopefully, the next redesign makes it a tad bigger and adds an engine. With the Versa gone and Altima and Maxima becoming EVs this could be a good car to keep on ICE until a hybrid is ready then EV. They need to keep a more traditional car for those buyers for as long as possible. Keeping it in the $20-35k range allows it to be accessible for people and to keep it fun. Then the Altima and Maxima can take it from there. EVs definitely can’t get cheap enough right now for this segment.
My 22 Sentra has leather wrapped steering wheel and the cup holders in the center of the back seat. Seems they took a few things away. Can't say I really would care for a start-stop feature on my car. That just seems like it would do nothing but wear out starters.
👍🏻👍🏻 you summed up my thoughts and feelings better better than I did to myslef. Odd request for a side by side with a base or A spect, Integra and a Civic sport touring. They are almost the same price.
Glad I could help man thanks for the comment! I think I’m misunderstanding your request with the comparisons though, both of those cars are about $10k more expensive with the civic sport trg starting just under $32k and Aspec starting at $33k
service your car properly, and it'll take care of you. nissan is still a Japanese manufacture, and will get average to above average reliability compared to it's german, or american equivalent.

The last 3 cars that I have owned had/have CVT Transmissions. Total mileage on all 3 200,000 + miles. As of now have never had a CVT Transmission trouble. In my opinion if you maintain them you will not. They help tremendously with better fuel mileage also. If Donald Trump were our President fuel might be $2.50 per gallon instead of $3.75 per gallon in Illinois. Thanks Mr. Biden. Then wemight not be so concerned about transmissions that could save us on gas. What da ya think???
I never understood why people believe and think Presidents have something to do with gas prices, when they don't. That was taught in Economics 101. Again, basic Economics 101. But anyway my old 2016 Altima SR never had CVT issues with 134,000 miles. Maintenence was always done on time following manual. The only thing I had to replace was the battery, brakes, and tires. I even drove it through 3 states at 120,000 miles without being worried about anything, and the ride was smooth like a brand new car. Also got 42 mpg going 65-70 mph on cruise control on that trip. It got totaled last week being in an accident, and I wasn't at fault. That car was built like a tank during the collision, and did exactly what it was rated high for during an accident. I came out with minor injuries. Now I'm looking at the 2024 Sentra SR. I don't care if it's a downgrade from the Altima. I'm looking at budget and great gas mileage.
@@marvin7533 In the case of gasoline prices...Mr. Trump opened the pipe line to allow more petroleum into our country...thus lowering prices. Rumors are NISSAN bringing the NISMO to the Sentra in Summer 2024........

imo the best new car under $23k in the US
For 10,000 miles until the transmission gives out.

Do you have an SV with the premium package(or an SR/SR with the premium package)? If so that is why your car has the cupholders is the back seat
@@greenvillereviews2023 I have a SV not sure about the premium package but I have noticed my SV has a bit more fancier stuff than other SV models

I think this is decent because you can get a mid-level trim for less than a base Corolla.

I just purchased this car about a few weeks ago, I’m still not sure if this car has remote start or not 😭
Look at your key fob. If it has that circle icon at the top with 4 buttons it’s has the remote start feature. Otherwise it’s just regular
Amazing review bro.
Thanks man! 👍🏼
theres no point in getting the altima as the sentra is pretty big
Let’s be honest, your not buying the SV for performance. It’s for economy
What shade of tint is that? Looks great
I love my 2024 Nissan I bought it 2days ago the gray gun metallic 🩶🥰🩶🥰 it goes when I step on it so I'm impressed 😁
Don't buy versa top trim, buy this one instead.
Love your videos, bring the camera down on the drive portion. WTF😅
Im thinking about getting Sentra 2024 cause I really like the look of this car but im worried about all the bad comments on every video 😢
This is a good car. Jut keep up scheduled fluid changes.
I just wish you can get black leather seats on this trim
I threw an engine rod on a Pontiac Grand Am one day when I was revving up the engine like the guy in the video here @ 4:00
the front windows looks tinted?
Grand parents bought me a new Sentra for graduation and it was $7,800 ! This is still a great price. 😂
What’s the warranty on this 2024 Nissan Sentra.???
Ok got a ? For people that on sentra 24s. Is the transmission been solid or any transmission issues?

How is the bluetooth? Does your phone disconnect frequently?
I got one a few weeks ago. No issues with the Bluetooth at all. It only disconnects if I walk away from the car with my phone. I have an Android

It desperately needs LED headlights. It looks very nice and modern, but halogen makes it look cheap and less safe.
