Sir lovely. For many many years, including today, my daily short namasankeerthanam used to be ending with the rendition in English "I trust you, I submit to you, I have confidence in you". These words came to me spontaneously, not on anyone's instruction. Today you were kind enough to widen the scope of my understanding to 5 meditational steps. Thank you very much. Surrender, I have read, was espoused in great length by Sri Vedantadesikar in his, poem"Vairagyapanchaka"dedicated to Ranganathaswami of Sreerangam. Thank you sir, I vow to practice this meditation.

I am so grateful/ thankful for the above said meditation, sir, this meditation gave me good relief fm my present situation, my eldest sister (88 yrs old) fell down last month, injured on her head and hospitalised , so I came back from USA to be with her in the hospital, she is a widow, no children, all siblings are above eighties except me all are having medical issues, I was the bystander for her in the hospital for 20 days, Doctors saved her life that’s all, last week discharged and brought her home, she has not become alright, struggling with her life, old age is a problem, after doing this meditation, I got very good relief for me, sir, thank you, thank you
