Can it shoot log or flat picture style?

After, The image was post produced in APP with the application of a special LUT.

Hello, I have use Premiere Pro CC 2019 for editing the first original video, and the second pass I have use Sony Vegas 16.
In the first pass, I applicaded the color correction contrast, and transition white flash.
In the second pass, I applicaded the cinematic line black, in the top and of bottom video.
it's not easy to explain yourself in detail here.
I suggest you to see some tutorials on youtube so that you can better learn the technical aspects of work.
