These are very minimalist and clean. I love the retro appeal and look. Just like your videos, Aime Leon Dore never disappoints. Great review as always and thanks for sharing the insoles. I've been considering some new ones.

It’s bad enough they put in a synthetic leather tongue, but a synthetic leather lined ankle collar is such a bad idea. Hate when shoe companies do this thinking it elevates the shoe. It just makes it less comfortable, less breathable and creates lots of heel slippage.
I’m not mad at these but it’s a pass for me. A shoe I can see better on others than myself. I can always respect a shoe w great quality, that leather looks so good. These are similar to the CT300 we had in store and that shoe did numbers for us. I wasn’t mad at those either

As much as I understand, every collaboration can't be innovative this is just horrible. The creative process must've taken minutes. Pick a lifestyle friendly silhouette from the vault, make it with an aged/sail finish and pick one color. Oh and slap our name or logo on it too please. They already make a 574 that's super similar to this. It's borderline insulting. This and that recent JFG collaboration are just LAZY!!!
Fair enough perspective. I guess I'm bored with the collaborations that rely on their design language being a 1% change. Jjjjjjound doesn't get a pass, and the hype they receive isn't credible. I guess my gripe is with consumers not demanding more so that designers would actually produce something of actual art, value, and innovation.

These are kinda growing on me as a sleeker alternative to the 550. I really like the role ALD has played in bringing back older NB silhouettes..

Picked up the white and black and the white and green ones at ALD this past weekend. Super nice!!

the stock insoles that come with it are already thick so i don’t think the Move insoles would make it any more snug tbh
