Technically not quite. DBZA started 12 or 13 years ago if Im not mistaken. Cell Vs started like 8 years ago I think. DBZA still has that edge unfortunately.

To be honest, the episodes of TFS ranges from at least 8 minutes to even up to 20 minutes. The videos of artemis dont go beyoned 3 minutes on average and usually 1 ½ minutes(½ of the time in his videos are the credits + showing what happened in last episode. The other ½ is actual content).
They also have to go through legal stuff and everything. While artemis is funny, he's all memes and popular stuff mainly. TFS seems a bit more creative in content
