I tried avoiding the wet for all of practice and qualifiers. Now it’s biting me during wet races. I’ll definitely apply your tips next lap around.
Hello there, can you explain what's the difference between high mass , extreme cooling & normal break discs?
High mass is a very heavy disc, the bike will suffer in terms of agility but is the strongest brake disc
Extreme cooling is a dics that heats up fast but also cools very quickly, tracks that aren't extremely heavy braking EG. Sachsenring
Normal is a middle ground, best of both worlds
Love your videos, would you say the joint braking is way better in this game? 23 is the last MotoGP I bought and I felt robbed because I don’t have the time to learn the braking system for hours on each track. Still play 19 because I’m just not a fan of the separate brake mechanic
No,joint braking will not be advised, most braking is done on the front especially in the rain
@@Dyl469 Thanks mate, I just hated how much the rear brake locked on previous years
This was much needed thank you
Not necessarily talking about the wet here but is it even worth pulling the stick back under braking and forward on exits? I made the habit when picking up the game but I know a guy who is very quick who does none of it
Good question. I’d like to know the answer to that as well.
This is my first time playing a MotoGP game. From my personal experience after about 100hrs, holding forward or back on the stick depends on your needs and play style.
If I find myself needing to break late and really hard, I will slam weight on the front tire for more break force while letting off for my rear to gain some traction to help. Huge con to this is that you run the risk of overloading the front or completely missing the apex. The bike does not like being setup for a corner this way.
On the other hand if the stars are aligned (my line and speed) holding back on the stick damn near throws the bike in the corner allowing more to use rider weight control much sooner.
After some time, you can use both options together. I only play helmet pov so maybe it gives me the impression of such anyway.
Thanks for the feedback. I will experiment with that - especially putting weight on the rear to help speed the bike into the corner.
Depends alot on how you control the left stick,I personally do it as I can be more precise on corner entry and exit,it's not something you have to do to go fast, some people are more comfortable when doing it but try both and see what works for you
I wish you’d help with setups
Vids coming soon
