i don't know the laws, but if President Biden is not fit to stand trial, then how is he fit to issue executive privilege?

trials are boring for sure. No one else is nodding off. Nor is there a history of defendants dozing off. So he's sleeping, by all accounts from witnesses actually there, or he is disrespecting the court. Neither is smart or good. Tell yourself all the lies you want. That is your main diet these days. Sleeping in court functions as an escape behavior. He has no other escape in there. A narcissist cannot stand hearing negative, unflattering, facts and information about himself presented right in front of him all day. He's not allowed to leave or use his phone. Sleeping or pretending to sleep is the only way he can escape the humiliation. Sociopaths never like to hear the truth about themselves.
Unfortunately, Hank Johnson sunk the Democrats argument by reading from his transcript of Trump quotes, and then backing it up using video/audio that proved Hank Johnson perceived sarcasm as authentic belief, misinterpreting the content and context of his transcripts. This was a huge win for the Republicans, as it strengthened their case against AG Merrick Garland.

Yes, waiting for the audio and video that the DOJ won't give up. I believe withholding of evidence is obstruction of justice under 18usc1501-1519. If it's different then the transcript it's tampering with evidence which is a violation of 18USC1001 and obstruction of justice.
