If they sing and dance like her in vedio everyday, they can't work just for month. I don't If you know this but in 90's most Korean broadcast station kept all the singers from doing lipsinc. So many singers had vocal nodules. Demanding perfect performance everytime is like abuse to singers. So, don't generalize hastily
