I mean not offence but I am wondering what the interior walls are made of... at first glance it looks like the foil covered bubble wrap sold at home improvement stores. I am worried about off-gasing. Do you apply any glue to affix it to the wood. It looks great and very practical. I totally agree it would be much safer then the tent style ones so you see.

The lining inside the sauna is a type of foil bubble similar to what you see at Lowe's. It is this particular model, clamped in place with wooden strips that are screwed down. It is not glued. It also does not off gas for two reasons. First, the surface is metal and metals do not off gas in their solid phase. If they did, they would eventually evaporate. Second, it does not get hot because it can't absorb heat. The metal is reflects infrared, rather than absorb it. So, it only gets a little warm at the most, while the sauna air inside gets hot. Since it reflects the infrared, it allows much more of it to reach your body, making the sauna more therapeutic than canvas tent saunas.
