Columbia Dining welcomed Chrissa Schmerler; a native from Bellmore, NY, well-known for being a contestant on FOX's "Hell's Kitchen," season 14. Today, Chrissa operates her own food truck. Dubbed "The Big Cheese," Chrissa's specialties include handmade stuffed eggrolls, giant stuffed cheeseburgers, and her famed grilled cheeses! Our students just LOVED her grilled cheese's!
