🚨 Debbie Valente, a local shop owner, is accused of stealing Tibbs and making a racist remark to his owner, Rose Garcia. Valente claims she found Tibbs and kept him due to suspected abuse, spending $3,000 on vet bills.
📣 Protests erupted outside Valente's shop. She denied making the racist remark. She was ordered to bring Tibbs to the Manchester Animal Shelter, but was dead before he got there.
