Interview - On The Come Up: Omerettà

Born in Atlanta, Georgia and raised in the Zone 3 District of Atlanta, rapper Omerettà the Great was first introduced to the masses with her appearances on Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta, but has since been building a name of her own for her rapping ability.
Earlier this year Omerettà sent social media into a frenzy with the release of her single “Sorry Not Sorry,” sparking a debate over which Atlantans actually have rights to claiming the city as their hometown.
In our latest episode of On The Come Up, Omerettà tell us that her music aspirations began in the first or second grade for her, and emphasizes that she plans to one day use her music career to build an empire of her own similar to the likes of Rihanna, Beyonce and LeBron James.
