The Seneca white deer is a variation named after the Seneca Army Depot in Seneca County, New York and are a herd of deer possessing a regressive genetic mutation causing leucism which causes them to be all white! They are contained in the old fence from the army depot which measures 24 miles (39km) and contains an area of 10,600 acres! Speaking of deer, Lillia is really good with the new burn item! Most people don't read the ability tooltips but it does say it locks on and gives vision to a champion if they're in range regardless if they're in a bush without vision. Same thing will happen if they're over a wall just like with Jungle camps. The ultimate will give true vision so they can't even stealth to get away which I find is so helpful against things like Akali players.

Btw you can do magic pen on this build. The Q and E do magic damage. The ult does too i think. Im not 100% sure on that
Everything of Briars does magic damage other than W and Passive. Her E and Ult used to be the only magic damage in kit and the only two things with AP scaling, but they changed her Q to magic damage and gave it AP scaling as a way to nerf her lethality builds because Briar when she was first released would run lethality, and most of her healing would end up coming from how much damage her W active would do.
Edit: I'm not really sure why Zwag thought he didn't need pen when running Nashors and lichbane as well which both benefit from penetration, and her ult is a nuke when built AP.
The only downside of building magic pen is that Nashors+Lichbane are kind of necessary for AP Briar. You will also went Dcap, so your last 2 items either have to go to magic pen, or some survivability.
The good thing about magic pen on briar is that her Q has innate resist shred, so penetration is more valuable for her in that case and she'd only need void against someone running Kaenics and or multiple magic resist items.

According to Swag, every champ is Broken and Godly and unfair.
Sometimes u see effects / hear things in fog like flash, recall, baron's attacks etc... Its been in the game from like ever, i dont beleive that its the first time you noticed it.

I wonder how much healing a Riftmaker would do... You tend to be in combat for a few seconds. It'd be charged up if you hit your ult by the time you arrived... And probably when you hit your E, too...
The problem with Riftmaker is you will lack damage if you run it early. It's more of a 5th/6th item.
You could try to run it before Dcap, but your Nashors and lichbane would be weaker, and if you choose to get rid of Nashors your autos won't do much (but the only item that would replace Nashors would be shadowflame).

I hate jungle, u gank top 3 times early won, they lose lane still start begging for more ganks then cry and start to flame, I play top and get 0 ganks and have to deal with it. Even if u get kills and early dragons ur team are always still pissed at you for something unless ur like 10-0 first 10 mins
