    That is neat, especially since it can be peeled off (of most things) I guess. Loved the spoon handle for I.D. & the flower pot

    What I find impressive is that it sticks to plastic as well as to metal. Makes me wonder if it'll stick to upholstery foam or EVA foam...!

      Cosplsyers use this on EVA foam all the time!!:)

    Hey, quick question: I'm thinking of using some Plasti Dip on something that has a high amount of day-to-day handling (keyboard keys and trackpoint, buttons for doors). Will it rub off on my hands over time, or will it be perfectly fine?

    • @The3Dsmash
      @The3Dsmash Год назад

      It won't rub off if used after a full cure, but it will tend to peel off if not applied to something very well scored/sanded.

    I want to dip crochet hook, so I have a softer, bigger handle. I have arthritis in my hands and crocheting with small handle hooks makes my hands hurt. Is it possible to shape the dip afterwards, so it will fit my finger grip?

    Hey, y'all - did it drip or sag at all on any of your items while it was setting up/curing? Thanks for the video!

    • @CraftyLumberjacks
      @CraftyLumberjacks  3 года назад

      It did sag a bit, but not too much, you can kinda see it, but its not too bad. Honestly, we cant remember if it dripped. If you're going to really do it, they recommend a few light coats. Hope the helps a bit!

    I found some of this stuff in the basement (unopened). I made staves and wanted to put rubber on the bottom of them, to stop slipping. Would this work ok for wood?

    • @CraftyLumberjacks
      @CraftyLumberjacks  3 года назад

      Think it would work well for it! Maybe the spray would work better depending on the size? (We have never used it, but have heard good things!) If not, you could always pour the Plasti Dip into a larger plate or bowl. Hope that helps a bit!

      My problem is when I dip stainless I always get a streak in the side where it separates. I do the prep..
      Looks like somebody took a cotton swab of gasoline down the side
      I'm hanging it vertical..
      Thinking bout goin to aerosol, but that's a bitch trying to get a smooth finish there's thick enough
