I purchased a Smallhd 1303 last week then came across this video, after watching this review and many others I returned it then purchased the OSEE Megamon and a Aputure LS 300X and the Teradek 4K LT bolt which was on sale at B&H with the refunded money from the SmallHd 1303.
@@nicktosti7487 It's great. The colors are beautiful. Outside you def need to block the sun with some floppy's but inside it's perfect for it's price. Only issue I personally had was the lack of 9:16 markers. But I'm sure that's going to be fixed in a future firmware update.
Hi there, with your backlight 100% turned up do you get much edge bleeding? I ordered one & had really bad bright spot in the corner & colour bleeds in the bottom edge - I've returned for exchange, but wonder if this is just something these monitors have, have you experienced this?
Not that it's a big deal as everyone else is doing it, but when you say '10bit' do you mean '8bit panel with ''''frc technology that totally gives you an extra 2bits'''' or do you mean a 10bit panel? Atomos sells their shinobi and ninja monitors as 10bit aswell but if you dive deeper into the tech specs it says it's an 8 bit monitor.
I believe it is using FRC, but FRC is amazing and you’d never be able to tell an FRC and a 10 bit image apart. Also let’s be real, do you think you’d get a true 10 bit display for the price Osee are asking for? Sure big budget colourists would want true 10 bit but that’s not the target market for this product
Do you know how to load your own LUTs into the monitor? I see the instructions in the manual, but they do not indicate what format your USB thumb drive needs to be or the type of LUT file.
Enjoy guys :)

That carry bag truly is awesome, hope more manufacturers expand on that idea as well
Great value for money! Just bought one, hope it's any good!
How is it?

Hmm I haven’t noticed this on my version and I usually have it up full. Hopefully the replacement won’t have this issue! 👍🏻
I’m soooo tempted to get this thing. If I knew this was coming I probably would’ve held off on the lcm15 hdr+ 🤔🤔🤔
It’s lovely 😄

I would think anything smaller than 15" would be pointless at real 10-BIT. The monitor just needs to be bright and accurate to justify HDR.

On sale for a new release price of $769.99 USD with a v-mount adapter and great sun hood case - had to order one - normal price is $1199.00 USD 👍🏻
That’s a deal right there, serious bang for your buck. I hope you like it 👍🏻
Missed out on this. Was it at Osee store?
@@ericsantiago2199 Yes, only first 60 units got the discount for USA - other countries had some number as well
@@AjushiPhotography Boo!! I got lucky back in 2014 with the original 15.6". Saved a ton then too. This might still be a future purchase :)
Does this have a VESA mount?
Does this support Picture in Picture or allow 2 camera feeds?
Their LCM170-E and LCM215-E does the job.
can it do a 2-up display with two SDI inputs?
on their site its 780 right now wish i could get one.
glossy screen...that is a dealbreaker for me...
