I've driven by this house (Plum St. and Lowell St.) hundreds of times (my parents lived up the hill on Lowell St.). Under construction for years. Not loving the everything is curved aspect -- maybe a mixture of traditional design and curves would've been best. The (downstairs) view is so-so -- just focused on downtown -- missing most of SD bay except the utility poles (and the house across the street). As a realtor, I feel your job is to describe and explain a house -- not "sell" it. If a client likes the property, they will know and will tell you .
Hi Addie - -Good job on the details caught by the videographer. Do I know him? I want to know the architect. I love his/her work. I was waiting for a night-time shot of the view. The nighttime view of our city and the Coronado bridge must be "kick ass" or mer-mazing in my book. I imagine all that city-scape lit up. Let's call it "LIT-berty Station!! I hope you do well with this house. I would live in Point Loma in a heartbeat.
Beautiful home. Built in the wrong area. I couldn’t live knowing I have neighbors having the ability to see through those windows. Love the house but there is no privacy
Part of me kind of feels bad for these neighbors who have to look at this eyesore everyday lol. This look like a traditional neighborhood with nice families.
Never would I pay for this Even if I had the money. The view is trash. Looking at nothing but houses and streets that surround you. No yard, right on top of neighbors, airplanes flying over 24/7
